1 9-inch prepared piecrust, baked and cooled
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons brown sugar
vanilla, to taste
fresh strawberries, cored and hulled
1 (13-ounce) container prepared strawberry glaze
fresh sweetened whipped cream
Mix together the cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of the pie crust.
Pile high with the fresh strawberries, halving the larger berries, but keeping the rest whole. Spread the glaze over the top.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until ready to serve.
Top with fresh sweetened whipped cream just before serving.
